Step Places, founded by myself in 2008, with a vision to create sustainable developments that are well designed and community led places. We are an established place maker operating in the regeneration sector since 2008, collaborating with public sector landowners and funders, we actively seek solutions and maintain close partnerships throughout the UK.  At the heart of our principles lie the core values of health and wellbeing, to ensure that the built environment reflects and fulfils these essential aspects.

We perceive challenges as opportunities for growth and are dedicated to delivering on our commitments. This drive is ingrained in the DNA of our team, which has been instrumental in our numerous successes.
