Michael Nicolaides is hugely experienced within Hard FM with both internal and external stakeholders. Michael has been integral in mobilising QTS’ new Hard FM model which has, not only  improved collaboration and communications  between internal and external stakeholders, it has also resulted in best assurance and best service for our clients.
