Biography

Michael is the Head of Technical Guidance at NHS England and has led the programme for six years overseeing the updates including HTM 03-01 Specialised ventilation for healthcare buildings and new guidance around Same Day Emergency Care. He drives engagement with the devolved nations, all estates professional organisations and the New Hospital Programme. For 19 years prior he provided technical advisory services in project management, estate strategy/transformation, technical estate assurance, facilities management and business cases.
