Biography

Responsible for delivering 40 new hospitals by 2030, Natalie is a seasoned NHS executive and clinician. She has delivered in complex, challenging and hostile environments, empowering through teamwork and by creating a shared vision.

She is a registered nurse, intensive care specialist with more than 35 years experience in the NHS, including 10 years as an executive in nursing and operational roles and three years as CEO of Chase Farm Hospital in North Central London.

Natalie led the development and opening of Nightingale London in 2020 and is responsible for the fastest build of a digital hospital from concept to opening in the NHS (delivered on time and on budget).
