Biography

Paul worked in the NHS for over 25 years, 10 of those as a Director of Estates, capital and more latterly facilities services. Managing a £ 40m revenue budget, Paul worked in both the Acute and Mental Health environments. Leaving the NHS in 2016, Paul led the delivery of a university £350m capital programme, eventually moving into private sector consultancy. In December 2023, Paul set up his own business and now works with a Housing Developer linking health to sustainable housing and as an auditor advising on how to deliver justifiable and safe cost improvements across the NHS estate.
