Biography

Having had an extensive career in the NHS and public sector, Paul joined MAC Construction Consultants to lead their Public Sector Teams. Applying his knowledge of operating in highly charged political arenas, Paul supports Clients as they develop their property repurposing strategies. Adopting the Naylor report principles (2017), Paul is leading on multiple conversations on how Clients reduce their public sector property and land portfolios. Critical to the arrangement is the introduction of partners willing to underwrite any investment – primarily housing association partners, research, and innovation hubs et al.
