Biography

Phil is a professionally qualified Head of Estates Manager with over 37 years’ experience in Building Engineering Services, having completed a mechanical apprenticeship within the NHS and gaining experience in a diverse range of organisations, including the NHS, a professional regulatory organisation, and an academic institution. Phil now leads an estates team of 29 staff across a large number of community healthcare properties within the Birmingham and West Midlands area.
