Biography

Raymond Mcfee is a Senior Associate Director at WT Partnership based in Cambridge Office. He is an MBA graduate, where he wrote his dissertation on Innovation in the Public Sector as well as a Masters in Transformational Leadership, where he wrote his dissertation on the Non-linear NHS project environment. He is Member of the Association of Project Managers (MAPM), the charted Institute of building (MCIOB) and a qualified Practitioner in MSP & Prince 2. Raymond has a track record of developing and delivering complex innovative programmes and projects, as well as broad experience working in both the public and private sectors.
Raymond has over 15 years’ experience of developing and delivering strategic improvements in healthcare and has substantial experience in leading complex and innovative change.
