Biography

An experienced senior manager within the healthcare and university catering industry with a background of managing 5* hotel properties in Europe. I am a graduate of International Hotel and Tourism Management with a 2:1 (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University.

Currently working at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust as Performance, Quality Assurance and Governance Manager for Estates and facilities where I provide advice and support to the Trust and colleagues on business and performance management.  I produce and analyse KPI’s across Estates and Facilities and manage the compliance and governance on standards relating to the CQC, PAM and the E&F risk register. I manage a small team of auditors who monitor the cleanliness on wards and contractual services.

Successes with my current employer include being shortlisted for a HEFMA Award for Project of the Year, gaining my BSI ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualification and becoming a Mental Health First Aider and Health and Wellbeing Champion.
