Have you ever experienced projects that have gone so right & other times so wrong? We’ll be questioning as to whether Value Engineering (VE) is always the best option / compromise. Would the pro-active approach be accepted as a higher cost at installation, to save on running / maintenance costs later? And finally, is it easy to retrofit? VE’d items after the initial installation & can that be an option in the space planning?
