Biography
Nick Armstrong is Head of Estates for NHS Cheshire & Merseyside. Nick has 21 years of experience working in senior NHS roles across primary care, commissioning and estates. Prior to the establishment of Cheshire & Merseyside Integrated Care Board, Nick was Chief Operating Officer at Warrington Clinical Commissioning Group.
